  1. Order Processing and Fulfillment
  • Most items are made to order via Printful. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. Processing may be longer during peak seasons or due to supply constraints.
  1. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Times
  • Options and costs are shown at checkout based on destination, item type, and carrier availability.
  • Estimated delivery windows (after production):
    • Domestic (USA): typically 3–7 business days.
    • International: typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
  • Estimates are not guarantees. Delivery can vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
  1. Shipment Tracking
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking (where available) once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
  1. Shipping Destinations
  • We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Some destinations or products may have restrictions.
  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
  1. Address Accuracy
  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to address issues or non-collection, we can reship after address confirmation and payment of any reshipping fees.
  1. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date for losses). Include the order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will work with the carrier and Printful to resolve the issue. Replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion once verified.
  1. Multiple Shipments
  • Items may ship separately to speed delivery or due to stock in different locations. You may receive separate tracking emails.
  1. Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Packages
  • Carriers may attempt delivery one or more times. Unclaimed packages returned to sender may incur reshipping fees.
  1. Pre-orders and Backorders
  • If offered, estimated ship dates will be indicated on the product page or at checkout and are subject to change.
