About incidents
What if my order is delayed?
While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays can occasionally happen due to high demand or external factors. If your order is delayed, contact us, and we’ll assist you.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us with your order details. We’ll investigate with our shipping partners and resolve the issue.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it goes into production immediately, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes. However, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
Unfortunately, we cannot change orders once they’re placed. If the product doesn’t fit, you can return it (unused and in its original packaging) within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

How do I pay with Bitcoin?
