  1. Overview
    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of btc.soy (the “Site”) and purchases from CAMARENA’S GROUP LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
  2. Eligibility
    You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site and make purchases. You represent you have authority to agree to these Terms.
  3. Products and Information
  • We sell merchandise themed around Bitcoin. We do not sell financial products or provide investment advice.
  • Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and specifications may change without notice. Small color/placement variations can occur due to print-on-demand production.
  1. Orders and Acceptance
  • Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory/fulfillment constraints.
  • Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation or ship the product.
  1. Pricing and Payment
  • Prices are shown at checkout in the indicated currency and include/exclude taxes as stated.
  • Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal).
  • You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for totals including taxes and shipping.
  1. Taxes and Duties
    You are responsible for sales taxes, VAT/GST, import duties, and fees applicable to your order and destination.
  2. Shipping and Delivery
  • We ship to countries listed on the Site. Fulfillment is typically handled by Printful.
  • Estimated delivery times at checkout and in our Shipping Policy are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss passes per carrier terms and destination; typically when the carrier takes possession for shipments not requiring signature, or upon delivery where applicable.
  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
  • See our Shipping Policy for returns/refunds details. Customized or made-to-order items may be non-returnable except for defects or errors.
  • For defective/incorrect items, contact us within the specified period with photos and order details.
  1. User Accounts
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.
  1. Acceptable Use
    You agree not to:
  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Interfere with security or operations or try to gain unauthorized access.
  • Use the Site for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means except as permitted by robots.txt.
  1. Intellectual Property
    All Site content (text, graphics, logos, images, and designs) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
  2. Third-Party Services
    We use third-party providers (e.g., Shopify as platform; Printful for fulfillment; payment processors; analytics/ads, CRM/automation such as GoHighLevel; and marketing tools such as Meta, TikTok, Ahrefs, and Clavillo). Your use of such services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. See their privacy policies in our Privacy Policy Section 14.

  • The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
  1. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CAMARENA’S GROUP LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
  2. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
  • You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico. You consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
  • Where permitted, you waive the right to participate in a class action.
  1. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with the updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
