Shipping Policy
Effective: November 6, 2025

1) Processing and Production
We operate on a print-on-demand (POD) model; we produce your order immediately, primarily with suppliers like Printful.
Estimated production time: 2–7 business days per item before shipping. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to external circumstances.

2) Shipping Coverage
We ship to available countries at checkout. Availability depends on the product and the fulfillment center.

Some locations may not be eligible due to carrier, customs, or compliance restrictions.

3) Shipping Methods, Times, and Rates
Options, rates, and estimated time of arrival (ETA) are displayed at checkout, based on address, item(s), and available carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped (production time not included).
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, peak demand, or customs issues. Tracking:

You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships, if applicable to your destination.

4) Taxes, Customs, and Duties
International orders may incur taxes, duties, or customs charges from the destination country.
These costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price, unless otherwise stated.

5) Address and Returned Packages
Please ensure your address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
For packages returned due to an invalid address, absence, or refusal: we can offer reshipment upon payment of the new shipping cost. If you cancel, we will refund the product (less shipping) once the item is returned and eligible for resale. Some PODs may not be eligible for resale.

6) Lost or Marked Delivered Orders
If the tracking indicates “delivered” but you can’t find it:
Check with neighbors/reception/administration.
Allow 24–48 hours for possible early scans.
Contact us at info@btc.soy and the carrier with your tracking number.
We will investigate with the carrier/supplier. Solutions may include reshipment, reprint, or credit, at our discretion depending on the results. Replacements are not guaranteed in all cases.

7) Damage During Shipping
Report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging to info@btc.soy. We will evaluate replacement or reprint if applicable.

8) Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability and fulfillment centers. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

9) Policy Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in suppliers, rates, zones, or processes. The expiration date will be updated at the beginning.
